How to plan school event rentals that run smoothly

School events go better when the rentals match the grade levels, the campus layout, and the way students rotate through activities. Most campuses do best when they choose one anchor piece, then add a second attraction to reduce lines, then add rotation stations so students stay moving.

Younger grades usually do best with bounce houses and a simple interactive station. Mixed grade events usually do best with an obstacle course paired with a slide. Carnival formats usually do best when inflatable stations and carnival games are combined so volunteers can run clean rotations.

Are you insured and can you provide a COI for schools?
Yes. We are fully insured and we can provide a COI upon request. If your school or district needs to be listed as additional insured, tell us early and we will guide you through what we need to generate the certificate.
Do you deliver, set up, anchor, and pick up for school events?
Yes. We deliver in your window, place units where you want them, anchor them, complete safety checks, and return for pickup at the end of the rental. We confirm your arrival plan during order confirmation.

How do we choose rentals that keep lines down and students rotating?
Start with one high-throughput anchor like an obstacle course or a large slide, then add a second attraction to split the crowd, then add rotation stations. If you tell us grade range, estimated headcount, and how your campus wants to run rotations, we can recommend a setup that fits the flow.
How much space do we need and what surfaces can you set up on?
Each inflatable has a footprint plus clearance. Most schools use grass fields, playground turf, or paved areas depending on the unit. If you share photos or a simple map of the setup zones, we can help you pick units that fit and avoid bottlenecks.
What about power and generators for school campuses?
Inflatables need steady power. If outlets are not close to your setup area, add a generator from Event Essentials during checkout. If you are unsure about distance or circuits, tell us your setup zones and we will help you plan the cleanest power approach.
What happens if weather changes the plan?
Weather planning is part of school events. If your event has a rain date, tell us early. If the forecast shifts, we will communicate options based on timing and safety. Many schools also choose dry options as a backup when a water plan is uncertain.
How far in advance should schools book?
Peak school dates fill first, especially spring and the last weeks of school. If you have a date, booking early usually gives you the best availability.
