Delivery Fees – Transparent, Mileage-Based Pricing
At Jumpers4You, we ensure fair and transparent delivery pricing based on mileage and labor. Our delivery fees are calculated using the following formula to cover crew, fuel, and vehicle costs:
Delivery Calculation:
Crew of 2 men – $30/hour each
Truck cost (fuel, repairs, etc.) – $1/mile
4 trips total
👉 We offer delivery discounts for customers booking multiple event dates. If you’re planning several events throughout the year, ask us how you can save on delivery fees!
🚚 Why Are 4 Trips Calculated for Delivery?
We handle everything from setup to takedown, ensuring safety and compliance with insurance.
This requires four trips to your event location:
Deliver to your location – Setup of inflatables and equipment.
Return to our facility – Crew returns to the warehouse after setup.
Return for takedown – Crew returns at the end of your event to pack up.
Final return to our facility – Equipment is returned to our location.
👉 Our insurance requires that Jumpers4You staff handle all deliveries, setups, and inspections to guarantee proper installation and safety.
📍 How We Calculate Delivery Fees
Free delivery for events within 15 miles of our location at: 4202 S 120th St. Omaha, NE 68137
Beyond 15 miles, we charge $9 per mile for every additional mile.
❄️ Indoor and Special Venue Deliveries
We deliver to gyms, schools, and community centers using the same formula. Indoor venues within 15 miles qualify for free delivery.
Measure the distance from 921 Cedardale Rd, Papillion, NE 68046 to your event location. If it’s over 15 miles, multiply the excess mileage by $9 per mile.
The delivery fee is per order, not per inflatable. Renting one inflatable or multiple items won’t affect the fee.
