Takedown Process:

  • Timely Arrival for Takedown: Our crew will typically arrive 30-60 minutes after your event ends. However, we reserve the right to pick up as late as necessary to accommodate other deliveries or unforeseen circumstances
  • No Extra Charges: If we drop off early or pick up later than expected, you will not be charged for any additional time with the inflatable. Your rental period covers the agreed event duration regardless of delivery or pickup times.
  • Deflation and Pack-Up: Inflatables and other equipment will be carefully packed and loaded onto our trucks.
  • Cleanup: We leave the site clean, ensuring no debris is left behind.
  • Final Check-In: A final walkthrough ensures all items are removed, and the area is returned to its original state.

⚠️ Gate and Pathway Requirements for Inflatables in Omaha, Papillion, and Elkhorn

Our inflatables are commercial and industrial-grade units, the highest quality on the market. Some units weigh over 750 lbs., requiring clear and safe access to and from the setup area.

Gate and Pathway Requirements by Inflatable Type: 

• Bounce Houses and Slip ‘n Slides – Gates and pathways must be at least 36 inches wide. • Combos (Inflatable Bounce and Slide Combos) – Gates and pathways must be at least 48 inches wide.
 • Obstacle Courses and Large Water Slides – Gates and pathways must be at least 60 inches wide. Pathways must also be: 
• Flat, clear, and unobstructed from the truck to the setup location. 
• Free of steps, steep slopes, or tight corners that could prevent safe transport. 
• Surfaces must be free of rocks, sticks, or sharp objects. Grass or pavement is preferred. 
 
👉 If gates or pathways do not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse service. No refunds or rainchecks will be issued.
 
⚠️ What Happens if You Are Not Ready for Delivery?
 
If our crew arrives and the site is not ready for setup (e.g., the area is blocked, unprepared, or inaccessible), here’s what will happen: 
• Short Wait Period: We will wait up to 15 minutes while you prepare the site. 
• No Refunds or Rainchecks: If the site cannot be safely accessed or prepared within this time, no refund or raincheck will be issued. 
• Return Trip Policy: If we agree to return later that same day, additional fees will apply to cover the cost of labor and transportation. 
• Unsafe Conditions or Inadequate Space: If the inflatable is too large for the setup area, or if the site is on a slope, hill, or unsafe terrain, we reserve the right to refuse setup.

If weather conditions deteriorate during your event (e.g., winds exceeding 15 mph or heavy rain), the inflatable must be deflated for safety.
 
👉 Monitor the weather during the event and plan accordingly. If adverse weather is forecast, we will work with you to reschedule or issue a rain check valid until the end of the following year.
